For a dining experience with a difference, you can’t go past Seasalt Restaurant with spectacular views over Terrigal Beach. Seasalt Restaurant is known for fresh seasonal menus with a coastal influence and is famous amongst locals for the buffet breakfast.

Prepared with fresh produce from the local area including herbs from the kitchen’s own herb garden, the menu offers a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Favourites on the menu include the best-selling seafood platter, halloumi fries and a dessert share plate that makes lovers of sweets rejoice. Seasalt Restaurant offers an extensive wine list featuring local and Hunter Valley wines, tap and bottled craft beers and a classic cocktail list.

Executive Chef Simon Quick and Executive Sous Chef Dana Chantler have created a menu that reflects the culinary experience and cultural background of the team in the kitchen.

Special dietary requirements are notably catered for with a range of vegetarian and gluten free dishes.

Sleep in on Weekends

Avoid the rush on the weekend because Seasalt’s famous Buffet Breakfast is available until 11am. Take your time to enjoy hot and cold breakfast favourites, freshly made juice and barista made coffee.

Local’s Buffet Breakfast

You don’t have to stay to enjoy the buffet!  Be spoilt for choice with barista made coffee, eggs made to order and a stunning selection of breakfast favourites. Normally $39.50, Central Coast Locals can enjoy breakfast daily for the local’s price of $25 per person on weekdays and $30 per person on weekends. (Not available public holidays and special event dates)

As a Central Coast Local, we invite you to join us Tuesday and Wednesday night to experience what one of the Central Coast’s best restaurants has to offer. Enjoy 2 courses for just $45 for dinner.

BYO Wine and Dine Thursdays

Crack open that perfect drop that has been sitting in your cellar waiting for a special occasion or test your skill at matching your wine to Executive Chef Simon Quick’s seasonal menu. Whatever your preference, bring it with you on Thursday nights. There’s no corkage fee.
